Marisa Persky is a seasoned nutrition expert with extensive experience in both pediatric and general nutrition. As the owner of Eat with Confidence since September 2008, Marisa has developed strong relationships with clients of all ages, providing personalized nutrition services that include in-home consultations, virtual sessions, and grocery shopping assistance. In addition, Marisa serves as a Pediatric Nutritionist at PediaTrust LLC and previously held the position of Senior Clinical Nutritionist at Ann and Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago, where responsibilities included offering specialized nutritional support to diverse patient populations, collaborating with medical teams, and guiding dietetic interns. Marisa holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Dietetics/Dietitian from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master's degree in Public Health along with a Dietetic Internship from Benedictine University.
