Ana Jurado

Ana Jurado is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in managing human resources across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR People Partner Manager at PedidosYa since October 2021, Ana previously held the position of HR Business Partner at GAES and was the Human Resources Manager at BAT, where responsibilities included leading HR processes aligned with business strategies. Ana's extensive tenure at Siemens as HR Business Partner for Peru, Ecuador, and Bolivia involved strategic support across various divisions, while earlier experience at Grupo Novatech focused on recruitment, training, and organizational climate. Ana holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from OBS Business School and a degree in Organizational Psychology from Universidad Catolica de Ecuador.
