Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently, Mariana serves as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos, an online store dedicated to organic products for body care and environmental sustainability, since August 2020. Additionally, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previously, Mariana managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, served as a nutritionist in a private consulting practice from February 2016 to 2019, and taught courses on applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
