Michelle Valery

Michelle Valery is a Logistics Performance Manager at PedidosYa, where Michelle monitors main logistics OKRs for over 40 cities to ensure peak performance. Michelle also serves as the Regional Logistics Performance Specialist, managing projects to achieve operational efficiency across 15 countries in the LATAM region. Prior to their current role, Michelle worked at Unilever as a Technology and Engineering Coordinator, Maintenance Planner, and Technology and Engineering Analyst. Michelle also has experience as a Project Engineer at Inelectra and as a Research and Development Intern at Prysmian Group. Michelle holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidad Simón Bolívar and has completed additional education in data analytics and project management.
