Pilar Guido serves as the LATAM Workplace Experience Senior Manager at PedidosYa since July 2020, leading regional real estate efforts for North LATAM, which encompasses the administration of corporate offices, commercial offices, and logistics hubs. Prior to this role, Pilar spent over six years at Accenture, progressing from Space Management Assistant to Space Management & Real Estate Delivery Specialist, where responsibilities included space management for Hispanic South America, budget control, project management, and the development of metrics and processes for real estate administration. Additional experience includes administrative roles in real estate and a strong educational background with a postgraduate degree in Facility Management and a Master's in Human Resources from UADE, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Gastronomic Administration.
