Rosanna Riello

Ufficio Assicurazione Qualità at Pedon Group

Rosanna Riello possesses extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control within the food industry. Since December 2020, Rosanna has been part of the Pedon Group, working in both the Ufficio Assicurazione Qualità and Ufficio Controllo Qualità. Prior to this role, from June 2018 to December 2020, Rosanna held a position in the Ufficio Controllo Qualità at Loison Pasticceri dal 1938, where notable contributions included the analysis of products prior to packaging and the development of new reference tables for quality parameters. Earlier experience includes a microbiological technician role at Istituto Zooprofilattico Sperimentale delle Venezie and a quality control assistant position at Latterie Vicentine S.C.A. Rosanna holds a Laurea Magistrale in Scienze e tecnologie alimentari from Università degli Studi di Padova, complemented by studies at Universidad Politécnica de Madrid as part of an Erasmus program.
