Clay Peek

Clay Peek is the CEO and Founder of Peek Performance, Inc., a national recruiting and training agency serving over 690 agents and more than 10,000 appointed agents across the United States since 1996. Peek Performance distinguishes itself by providing extensive marketing concepts derived from a National #1 Agent sales team rather than merely mailing contracts. Prior to this role, Clay Peek served as a pastor in various locations, including South Bend, Indiana, Metro Philadelphia, and Greenville, South Carolina, from January 1983 to August 1998, with active involvement in Fellowship Greenville. Clay Peek holds a Master's degree in Bible from PBU/Cairns University and a degree from BJA.
