Felipe Butcher

Felipe Butcher has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Felipe began their career as a Web Developer intern at Banco do Brasil in 2004. Felipe then worked as a Web 2.0 Analyst/Developer at B2web design.sistemas before returning to Banco do Brasil as a Web Developer, where they designed and implemented PHP and Ajax web systems.

In 2008, Felipe joined Plansis - planning and systems as a Web Developer, where they designed IBM WebSphere Portal applications and developed user interfaces using Struts, Ajax, and Rational Application Developer. Felipe also implemented version control using Subversion and Rational Application Developer for the project development environment.

Felipe's career progressed to IBM, where they worked from 2009 to 2010 as a J2EE Software Engineer. During their time at IBM, they performed problem determination and root cause analysis for production applications, collaborated with development and test teams, and designed and implemented high-value features using WebSphere Portal.

From 2010 to 2013, Felipe joined Accenture as a Senior Analyst - J2EE, providing outsourcing support for MES applications and leading support teams for clients such as Gerdau, Samarco, and Villares Metals.

In 2013, Felipe returned to IBM as a Web and Mobile Software Engineer/Architect/Developer. In this role, they worked on the Development Support Team, providing and supporting development environments for IBM software teams. Felipe worked with systems in WebSphere and PHP.

From 2017 to 2021, Felipe worked at SVA Tech as a Full Stack Developer - Web and Mobile. Felipe was responsible for the server API in NodeJS, the web app in Angular, and the mobile application in Ionic for the SmartVision project, a surveillance system that uses artificial intelligence for object detection.

Most recently, Felipe worked at Clevertech from 2021 to 2022 as a Full Stack Developer. Felipe built the backend structure for a new module of an ERP application using NodeJS, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Postgres.

Currently, Felipe Butcher is a Senior Full Stack Developer at Peek starting from 2022.

Felipe Butcher obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from PUC Minas - Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais. The specific years of their enrollment are not known.
