João Pedro Ribeiro

João Pedro Ribeiro began their work experience in 2005 as an Msc. Student at Universidade do Minho, where they completed their master thesis in Medical Informatics and Medical Imaging. During this time, they developed an application for Orthopedic surgeons to aid in surgery planning with 3D models. Additionally, they worked as a promoter for the FACE project, which aimed to develop a facial recognition and tracking security system.

In 2008, João joined J.E. Produções as a Digital Pager / Photographer, and they remained with the company until 2015.

In 2012, João joined Q-Better as a Software Engineer. João Pedro worked in this role until December 2013. During the same year, they also served as the Captain Reliable Software Developer for So You Think You Can Pitch.

Lastly, in 2014, João Pedro Ribeiro co-founded PeekMed and assumed the position of Co-Founder and CEO. The specific dates for their involvement with PeekMed are not provided.
