Kuldeep Kanda (She/Her)

Kuldeep Kanda is a seasoned professional in community engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion, currently serving as a Community Engagement Worker at Peel Children's Aid since September 2015. With a comprehensive background that includes roles as a Youth Information Counsellor and Facilitator at Achēv, and Programme Coordinator for Settlement Workers in Schools at North York Community House, Kuldeep has effectively created and facilitated workshops for newcomer youth and their families, led youth advisories, and collaborated with various organizations to address community needs. Additional experience includes work as a Settlement Worker at Rexdale Women's Centre and Skills for Change, where Kuldeep supported the integration of newcomers and trained internationally trained professionals. Kuldeep Kanda holds multiple diplomas and certifications in counseling and life skills coaching along with a Master's degree in Psychology from Guru Nanak Dev University.
