Kayla Lacavera

Kayla LaCavera currently serves as the Director of Development at the Peel Compton Foundation since April 2024. Prior to this role, Kayla LaCavera was the Executive Director and later the Director of Development at Kendrick Fincher Hydration for Life from April 2022 to May 2024. Additional experience includes working as a 2nd Grade Teacher at Rogers Public Schools from June 2021 to June 2022 and as an Elementary Education Teacher at McDonald County Schools for five years. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Arkansas and a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Administration from Arkansas State University.
