Whitney Selk has substantial experience in program management and education, currently serving as Program Manager and previously as Program Specialist at Peel Compton Foundation since March 2022. Prior to this role, Whitney held the position of Educator at lululemon from October 2021 to March 2022, and worked as a Nature Center Counselor at Camp War Eagle from May 2020 to July 2021. Whitney also gained experience as an Information Specialist at Oklahoma State University from September 2019 to May 2020. Whitney holds a degree in Natural Resource Ecology and Management with a focus on Wildlife Ecology Management from Oklahoma State University, earned in 2021.

The mission of Peel Compton Foundation is to connect the community through nature, education, recreation, and preservation. We do this through our free community spaces: Peel Museum & Botanical Garden, Compton Gardens & Arboretum, Coler Mountain Bike Preserve, and Osage Park.
