Anat Lo is an accomplished supply chain professional with over two decades of experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as VP Supply Chain at Peel Plastic Products Ltd. since January 2011, Anat also held the position of Supply Chain Manager there. Prior to this role, Anat worked at Weston Bakeries from January 2006 to December 2010 as Supply Chain Manager and Reliability Manager. Earlier career experiences include roles at Kodak from October 1999 to December 2005 as Kodak Operating System (Lean) Manager, Process Engineer, and Product Engineer. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University (2019-2020) and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto (1995-1999).
