Amanda McSwain

Amanda McSwain has held a variety of roles in the past 14 years. In 2005, they began as a Worker's Compensation Assistant/Patient Services Advocate(Medical Receptionist) at Lakeshore Bone & Joint Institute. In 2007, they moved to SSFHC as a Communications Systems Operator. In 2010, they took a role as a Patient Services Specialist at LaPorte Regional Health System. From 2011 to 2013, they were an Administrative Assistant at DSI Renal, Inc. From 2013 to 2014, they were a Patient Service Representative at Franciscan Physician Network. From 2014 to 2016, they were a Customer Information Representative at Liberty Mutual Insurance. From 2016 to 2018, they were an End of Day CSR at Johnson Brothers Liquor Co. Amanda is currently a Senior Order Entry Specialist at Peepers by PeeperSpecs.

Amanda McSwain obtained a Certificate in Financial Services from Technical Training Institute in 1998. Amanda then attended Clover Park Technical College from 1998 to 1999, where they earned a Certificate in Medical Billing Specialist. Finally, they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) in Business Administration with a concentration in Office Management from Kaplan University - Online in 2013-2015.
