Ladonna Kearney

LaDonna Kearney has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. LaDonna started their career as an Accounting Office Manager at Conam Inspection & Engineering Services in 1997 and stayed there until 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as an Accounting Manager at Parametrix, Inc. LaDonna then worked as a Contract - Sr Staff Accountant/Payroll Administrator at Robert Half International from 2009 to 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they served as a Sr Staff Accountant/Payroll at Western Institutional Review Board. LaDonna joined Stamps.com as a Payroll & Benefits Analyst in 2015 and later moved to Spark44, where they worked as a Payroll & Benefits Manager from 2016 to 2018 and as a Benefits & HRIS Systems Consultant from 2018 to 2019. In 2018, they also worked as an Accounting, Payroll, and HRIS System Consultant at Milani Cosmetics. More recently, they worked as a Strategic HR and Payroll Consultant at enhanceHCM from 2019 to 2021. LaDonna Kearney currently holds the role of CEO/Founder at PeepTek Solutions, which they started in 2018.

LaDonna Kearney has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Project Management from City University of Seattle, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. LaDonna also completed a Certificate Program in Database Analysis from Bellevue College in 2011-2012. Earlier, from 2008 to 2012, they earned a BA degree in Business Administration and Management, General from City University of Seattle. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from The American Payroll Association in April 2013. LaDonna also attended a PMP Boot Camp, but it is not specified when this took place or if they obtained a specific degree from it.
