Rajshree Behera

Rajshree Behera is a Project Manager at Peepul, focusing on quality reform and governance strengthening for school education in Madhya Pradesh since August 2023. Previously, as Deputy Manager at Child Rights Fellowship, advocacy efforts centered on children's rights, including launching an accessibility handbook for children with special needs. Rajshree served as a Research Associate at Haryana Institute of Public Administration, leading a training need analysis for correctional administration. Additionally, as Founder of The Delek Education Foundation, emphasis was placed on promoting quality education through community library projects. Early career experiences include a Management Trainee position at JindalX, where business development and corporate communication were key, and a Research Assistant role at Ashoka University, focusing on early childhood development programs.
