Arnon Brouner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Arnon has held various roles in different companies, showcasing their expertise in software development, product management, and database engineering.
Arnon's most recent position was as the VP R&D at Peer39, starting in December 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Product Manager at HexaTier, where they worked closely with engineering teams to provide product vision and requirements. HexaTier was subsequently acquired by Huawei.
Before their time at HexaTier, Arnon worked at Posiba as the Director of Database Engineering. Arnon played a crucial role in defining the product roadmap, understanding customer requirements, and managing remote and local teams.
Arnon also has experience at Northrop Grumman, where they led a software development team in charge of the IMMC component. Arnon worked in accordance with the MIL standard 901.
Furthermore, Arnon has served as the Chief Technology Officer at Access Nurses, spearheading the migration of services to the Amazon cloud and managing local and remote teams.
In addition, they were the Chief Data Architect at WebSideStory, developing and maintaining multi-tenancy DBs for clients and managing development and production teams.
At the beginning of their career, Arnon worked as the Associate Director of Software Development at Aurora Biosciences Corporation, where they delivered software components for in-house hardware and managed a team of engineers.
