Yael Ridelener

Yael Ridelener has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. Yael currently works at Peerforum as the Forum Partner & Academy Development Manager, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to this, Yael worked at Humanize Consulting as a Senior Consultant, starting in December 2016. From August 2016 to July 2022, they held the role of Business Administration and Economics Coordinator & Professor at Colegio Tarbut. Yael also worked at JoiLab as a Project Manager from November 2016 to December 2018 and at WHALECOM as a Communication & Marketing professional from June 2017 to March 2018. Yael'searlier experiences include working as a Brand Manager at Nutricia Medical Nutrition from March 2013 to October 2014, and as Assistant Brand Manager Beauty Care and Brand PR at Procter & Gamble from September 2011 to December 2012 and from September 2011 to August 2012, respectively. Yael started their career at The Walt Disney Company as a Human Resources Analyst from March 2011 to September 2011. Yael also gained early work experience as a Human Resources Intern at Paradigma from October 2009 to April 2010. Additionally, Yael participated in the International College Program at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL, USA, from December 2008 to March 2009.

Yael Ridelener completed the Programa de Formación y Certificación de Coaching Ontológico at Newfield Network from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they studied Psychology at Tel Aviv University from 2014 to 2015. Yael also holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Buenos Aires, which they obtained from 2007 to 2012. Additionally, Yael pursued International Business at Maastricht University from 2010 to 2011.
