Jackie T.

Jackie T. has a strong background in publishing and editorial management. Jackie served as the Head of Publishing Operations at PeerJ from 2012 onwards. Prior to that, they worked at the Public Library of Science (PLoS) from 2010 to 2012, where they held the positions of Senior Editorial Manager and Editorial Manager at PLoS ONE, the world's largest scientific publication. At PLoS ONE, Jackie managed editorial administration teams, scaled operations for growth, implemented process improvements, and managed internal and external teams. Before joining PLoS, they worked as a freelance editor from 2004 to 2011 and as a Staff Editor at Neurosurgery from 2004 to 2009.

Jackie T. attended California State Polytechnic University-Pomona from 2000 to 2004. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, Literature, and Languages.
