Kirstin Orman has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Kirstin started their career as an Executive Assistant at Monmouth County Courthouse from June 1990 to April 1991. Following this, they worked as a Head Teacher at Cambridge Community Center from October 1991 to July 1994. In 1994, Kirstin joined Peerless Coffee & Tea as a Customer Service Representative and later transitioned to the role of Sales & Marketing Representative in November 1996. Kirstin successfully managed a customer portfolio, obtained and handled a one-half million dollar account, and played a vital role in trade show planning and implementation. In June 2006, Kirstin was promoted to the position of Director of Marketing at Peerless Coffee & Tea. In this role, they demonstrated exceptional project management skills, analyzed product movement, managed the marketing department's budget, provided extensive sales support, managed new product launches, and developed branding materials for clients.
