Michael Lukaszczyk

Michael Lukaszczyk possesses extensive experience in operations and management, currently serving as the Commercial Systems Manager and Operations Manager at Peerless Fence since September 2021. Prior to this role, Michael was an Operations Consultant at C&H Installation Group LLC for a brief period in 2021 and worked as an Installation Manager at Empire Today from April 2019 to February 2021. Earlier career roles include Discharge Coordinator, Shift Supervisor, and Mental Health Technician at UHS from December 2014 to July 2017. Michael holds a Master’s of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign (2015-2017) and a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology, along with minors in Chemistry and Biology from Northern Illinois University (2009-2014).
