Matt Federico

Matt Federico, MBA has extensive work experience in the medical and orthopedic industry. Matt started their career as a Marketing Intern at Orthofix in 2001. Matt then joined OrthoRx as a Regional Sales Manager from 2002 to 2005. After that, they worked at BREG, where they held various roles including Territory Manager, Sr. Programs Manager, and National Account Manager. Matt was responsible for managing sales teams and driving revenue growth. In 2011, they joined BSN medical as a Spine Sales Manager and later took on roles such as Regional Business Manager, Program Manager, and Director of Sales. Matt then joined Peerless Surgical, a distributor for Arthrex, in 2016 as an Area Manager and was later promoted to Director of Sales. Throughout their career, Matt has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering results. Matt holds an MBA degree.

Matt Federico, MBA, attended Wake Forest University School of Business from 2008 to 2009, where they obtained their MBA degree in General Management as part of the Working Professional MBA Program. Prior to that, they studied at the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business at Clemson University from 1997 to 2001, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Additionally, in 2000, they participated in a Study Abroad program at the University of Newcastle, focusing on Marketing/Marketing Management.
