Doug Vaughan is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with over 22 years of experience in human resources and program management. They have held significant positions including the F-15 Conversion Recruiting Manager at Alsalam Aircraft Company and the Veterans Employment & Outreach Facilitator for Goodwill/Easter-Seals. They previously served as a Human Resource Manager at Lowe's and currently manage awards and training programs as an Acquisitions Program Manager at Quantech Services.
