Richard Hicks

Richard Hicks has over 30 years of experience in program and technical management. Currently serving as Program Manager at Peerless Technologies since August 2009, Richard previously held the position of Technical Delivery Organization Manager at EDS from 1988 to August 2008, overseeing teams across multiple states and managing up to 102 employees. Richard holds an ITIL V3 certification from Technology First and has educational credentials that include a license in Electrical from Triangle Tech and military training from the USAF.
