Charl Fouche

Mr. Fouche was appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer in 2020. He has been with Peermont for 18 years and previously held the role of Group Finance Executive. He was involved in the execution of a number of strategic initiatives which included the listing of Peermont Global in 2004, the acquisition of the Tusk Group in December 2005, the US$ 1 billion buyout, delisting and reorganization of Peermont in 2007, and the successful recapitalization and refinancing of the group in 2014 and 2017. Mr. Fouche holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Honours Degree in Accountancy and Certificate in the Theory of Accounting from the University of Johannesburg. He also has a Certificate in International Treasury Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers and is a Chartered Accountant (SA).
