Christelle Carstens is an experienced hospitality professional with a robust background in hotel operations and management. Currently serving as the Group Rooms Operations Manager and General Manager at Peermont Global since October 2010, Christelle has demonstrated leadership in dual roles within the organization. Prior experience includes holding the position of Hotel Operations and Development Manager at Emperors Palace from November 2005 to September 2011 and working in Guest Services on the Disney Magic with The Walt Disney Company from March 2003 to September 2005. Christelle's educational qualifications include a Higher Certificate in Business Management from Regenesys (2014) and a Diploma in Hotel Management from the University of the Witwatersrand (1994-1997).
