Demi Kung

Demi Kung has worked in the finance and accounting field since 1993. Demi began their career with Hi-Tech USA as an Accounting Manager. In 1997, they joined Xilinx as a Senior Financial Analyst, and was later promoted to Finance Manager, Sr. Finance Manager, and Senior Accountant. In 2014, they began working at PeerNova Inc. as a Controller. In their roles at Xilinx, they were responsible for company-wide annual and quarterly Budgeting and Planning processes, providing financial analysis of significant trends and issues, and monthly and quarterly financial reporting and analysis to Executives and Senior management. Demi also served as a key member of the Hyperion Planning implementation team, designing reports and enhancing processes. At Xilinx, they also performed various closing procedures for corporate cash and investment activities, implemented multiple process improvement and productivity tools, and coordinated stock option accounting with Stock Administration.

Demi Kung obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from The University of Memphis between 1989 and 1991. Demi then obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Accounting from Feng Chia University between 1985 and 1988.
