Caleb Raywood

Caleb Raywood is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Consultant at Peerpoint since January 2024, where Caleb is working as Deputy General Counsel for a leading healthcare service provider in Abu Dhabi. Previous roles include General Counsel and Company Secretary at PXGEO from May 2021 to October 2023, where Caleb played a key leadership role during the company’s formation from the insolvency of Polarcus. Before PXGEO, Caleb held similar positions at Polarcus and Sea Trucks Group, as well as serving as Region Legal Counsel for MasterCard Worldwide and Solicitor Advocate at Clyde & Co. Caleb began a career in law as a pupil barrister at Quadrant Chambers and holds multiple degrees in law, including an LL.M in European Business Law from the University of Nijmegen and an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Essex.
