Philippa Tate-Gilder

Philippa Tate-Gilder is a Senior Consultant at Peerpoint since August 2022, and currently serves as Acting Group Chief Compliance Officer and Executive General Manager for Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Governance at ISX Financial and Open Money Services. Previous roles include leading Risk, Compliance & Governance at BT, overseeing Regulatory and Compliance initiatives for Rabobank's Strategic Transformation Program, and consulting on frameworks for StockCo Strategic Agrifinance. Philippa has extensive experience in compliance and governance across multiple sectors, including roles at Lendlease and the London Stock Exchange Group. Philippa's educational background includes an LLB (Hons) from Queen Mary University of London and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law in London, among other qualifications from the University of Pennsylvania and Macquarie University.
