Xavier de Garsignies has several years of work experience in various roles and companies. Xavier started their career at Valeo Service as a Product Manager assistant in 2006. Xavier then went on to work at Bouygues Construction as a Project Buyer in 2008. In 2009, they joined Oalia as a Business Development professional. In 2011, they became the S2C digital manager at Bouygues Construction. Xavier then transitioned to the role of Procurement Manager at Bouygues Energies & Services in 2013. Xavier later worked at JAGGAER France as a Manager advisory from 2016 to 2018, and then as a Senior Manager advisory from 2018 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at PeersGroup as a Director advisory, starting in October 2019.

Xavier de Garsignies graduated from Université de Bordeaux in 2004 with a DUT degree in Marketing - Vente. Xavier then went on to pursue further education at Ecole Superieure de Commerce La Rochelle, where they completed their Master Achat & Supply Chain in 2008.
