Benjamin Schafer

Benjamin Schafer has extensive experience in project management and retail operations, currently serving as Sr. Project Manager for Retail Initiatives, Implementation and Operations at Peet's Coffee since June 2017. In this role, Benjamin supports operational efficiency across all Peet’s locations, overseeing nationwide store openings, remodels, and closures. Prior experience includes managing operations and staffing as a Store Manager at Peet's Coffee and Trader Joe's, where responsibilities included training employees and driving financial performance. Benjamin also served as a Training Store Manager at Jamba Juice, leading training for new managers and ensuring compliance with company standards. Benjamin holds a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from California State University-Sacramento.
