Danielle Serrano

Danielle Serrano has extensive experience in IT management and project management roles. Currently, they serve as the Director of Retail IT at Peet's Coffee. Prior to this, Danielle held the position of Senior Manager of Retail Applications & Services at Peet's Coffee. Danielle also worked as an IT Project Manager at the same company. Before joining Peet's Coffee, Danielle worked at Shiseido Americas Corporation, where they held the role of IT Director for Retail Operations & Services and later transitioned into the role of IT Manager for Retail Applications. Prior to that, Danielle worked at Bare Escentuals as a Senior Business Analyst and Lead Business Analyst, collaborating with various teams to develop new business processes and gather functional requirements. Danielle also has experience at Longs Drugs as a Project Manager and Lead Business Analyst in the merchandising and price management domains.

Danielle Serrano holds a Master of Arts degree in Educational Administration with a higher education emphasis from Santa Clara University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1998, they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Mathematics at Saint Mary's College of California. In addition to their degrees, Danielle has a background in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Merced Community College District, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. Danielle also holds a certification as a Licensed Pharmacy Technician from the California State Board of Pharmacy.
