Katie Delariva

Katie DelaRiva is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in administrative support and management. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at Peet's Coffee since September 2015, Katie has supported various senior executives, including the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, and has held multiple roles within the organization, contributing to the coffee department. Prior to Peet's Coffee, Katie worked at Genentech as a Senior Administrative Associate, providing comprehensive support to the Director of Global Engineering. Additionally, Katie served as a Campaign Account Manager at the American Heart Association, managing relationships with major Bay Area companies and successfully increasing fundraising efforts. Early in their career, Katie held roles at Hewlett-Packard, supporting sales teams and enhancing operational efficiencies. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication Studies from California State University, Chico, and has international educational experience from Charles University.
