Kelly Nielsen has over 29 years of experience in benefits and wellness management within Peet's Coffee, advancing from the role of Human Resources Assistant to Sr Manager of Benefits and Wellness since joining in April 2014. Prior experience includes positions such as Sr Benefits Analyst, Benefits Specialist, and Assistant Retail Manager with Peet's Coffee & Tea from August 1994 to 2014. Kelly Nielsen holds an Associate’s Degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Chabot College and is a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional in Retirement Plans.
