Lisa Knittel

Lisa Knittel has a diverse work experience in the areas of supply chain finance, operations, and logistics. Lisa began their career as a Director of Supply Chain Finance and Corporate Finance at Peet's Coffee from September 2010 to January 2014. Lisa managed financial aspects of the supply chain group and led a project to improve Net Working Capital levels. From January 2014 to August 2015, Lisa held the role of Director of Distribution and Logistics at Peet's Coffee, where they optimized freight and achieved significant cost savings while improving service levels. Lisa then joined Amy's Kitchen as a Director of Supply Chain Finance and Indirect Procurement from August 2015 to February 2021. In this role, they provided strategic and analytical leadership for the supply chain finance and indirect procurement processes. Lisa also led expansion projects and provided trusted analysis to the executive leadership team. Most recently, Lisa worked at Latitude Wines, Inc. as the Director of Operations and Finance from March 2021 to January 2023. In this position, they provided analytical and operational leadership for the importation of private label wines and fine and rare wines. Overall, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in finance, operations, and supply chain management throughout their career.

Lisa Knittel has a BA in Sociology and French from the University of Michigan. Lisa also holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.
