Brian is a partner in the Mergers and Acquisitions and Private Equity Groups at Sullivan & Cromwell, a global leader in each of its core practice areas and in each of its geographic markets. Brian advises on public and private mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, both in and outside the United States, and in a variety of industries. Brian's publicly announced M&A transactions and private equity M&A transactions have an aggregated value over $150 billion.
