Weiting Liu is a seasoned entrepreneur and venture partner with extensive experience in the startup ecosystem. Currently serving as a member of the PEF Community and Hampton, as well as a mentor for Techstars, Weiting also hosts the podcast Founder Meditations, which explores the intersection of mindfulness and entrepreneurship. As the founder and CEO of Arc.Dev, a company acquired in 2025 specializing in remote hiring, and Codementor, a global network of developers, Weiting has demonstrated a commitment to innovation and community-building in the tech industry. Additionally, Weiting co-founded Mr.6 Inc. and Noodle Labs, Inc., and was an early team member at Cardinal Blue Software. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from The University of British Columbia, along with participation in multiple Y Combinator cohorts.
