Alyson Trout has extensive work experience in the banking and financial industry. Alyson started their career as Compliance & BSA Officer at First Bank in 2001 and worked there until 2005. Following that, they joined Jack Henry & Associates as a Cognos Education Manager, where they developed curriculum and conducted training for bank employees and sales staff. In 2007, they became Compliance Officer at LegacyTexas Bank, overseeing compliance for a $1.7 billion holding company. In 2013, they joined Jack Henry & Associates again, this time as a Senior Compliance Analyst. Alyson then transitioned to Weaver in 2014, working as Senior Associate II in Financial Institution Consulting. Most recently, they hold the position of Chief Risk Officer at Pegasus Bank, starting in 2015.
Alyson Trout obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Education from the University of Southern Indiana, where they attended from 1999 to 2012. In 2013, they also obtained the Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) certification from the ICBA.
