Jehovany Guido is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in research and development within the food industry. Currently serving as the Director of R&D at Pegasus Food Group since December 2024, Jehovany previously held multiple roles at Pegasus Foods Inc from March 2018 to January 2025, including Culinary R&D and Commercialization Manager, R&D Development & Production Chef, and Culinary Development Apprentice. Prior to that, experience as an Expo & Fry Cook at Texas Roadhouse from January 2011 to April 2014 contributed to a solid foundation in the culinary arts. Jehovany holds two Associate of Arts and Sciences degrees, one in Food & Hospitality Management and another in Culinary Arts/Chef Training, both obtained from Dallas College.
