Rachel Williams

Rachel Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and brand retention. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Pegasus Health since October 2021, Rachel previously held the role of Intermediate Project Manager and has a solid background from Lift Brands, where Rachel worked from October 2017 to October 2021 as a Retention Manager and Brand Experience Specialist. In the latter position, Rachel focused on enhancing membership engagement by understanding member perspectives and improving service interactions. Educational credentials include a Post Graduate Certificate in Public Health and Health Promotion from the University of Otago (2017-2018) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science from the University of Canterbury (2012-2015).
