Michelle Carmean

Michelle Carmean is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with expertise in order fulfillment, international shipping, and customer service. Currently serving as an Order Fulfillment Planner at Pegasus Logistics Group since April 2023, Michelle oversees tasks related to a new customer and manages orders in warehouse management systems. Prior to this, Michelle held various roles at FedEx Supply Chain from December 2005 to April 2023, including Support Analyst and Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included reporting, inventory control, and administrative tasks. Michelle began their career as a Contractor at PaRR Inspections in 2003, focusing on disaster inspections for FEMA. Michelle holds a Certificate in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science from Midland College.
