Katheryn Pigott, SHRM-CP, serves as the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Pegasus Senior Living since February 2020, after previously holding the title of Vice President of People and Culture. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Human Resources and Regional Director of Human Resources at Seniority, Inc. from May 2015 to February 2020, as well as Director of HR at Edgemere between June 2008 and May 2015. Earlier positions include HR Manager at Adea Solutions/Managed Staffing, Inc. and Benefits/HR Manager at iGate Mastech. Katheryn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/CIS from West Liberty University and a certification in HR from Collin College.
