Marc Manna is an accomplished facilities maintenance professional with extensive experience in the senior living industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Facilities Maintenance at Pegasus Senior Living since November 2019, Marc has also held roles including Vice President and Capital Project Manager. Prior experience includes Vice President of Facilities Maintenance at Blue Harbor Senior Living, where Marc was instrumental in building the facilities department from the ground up for a new start-up. Marc's expertise encompasses procurement, capital budgeting, and project oversight. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Regional Maintenance Director Acquisitions at Holiday Retirement, where responsibilities included due diligence inspections and overseeing design/build projects. Marc also operated as a licensed general contractor in California and Montana from 1989 to 2015.
