Dean Kisieu

Dean Kisieu has over 25 years of experience in finance, corporate development, strategy and business operations. Dean began their career in 1995 as Director of Corporate Development for Central European Media Enterprises (NASDAQ: CETV) where they were country manager in Romania and Hungary and served as interim CFO for several acquired companies. In 1999, they founded and served as President of Red Stars, Inc., a startup studio that launched businesses in streaming video, online advertising and IT staffing. From 2004-2011, they held various roles at MediaOne Services, a global video production company and media facility, including Finance, Corporate Development, Strategy, and Business Operations. Dean was a key leader in the company's evolution that included recapitalization, major strategic repositioning, retooling for online delivery of video content, the launch of a social venture incubator and the fostering of several new start-ups. From 2011-2014, they were VP Finance at Aegis Holding Company, and from 2014-2017, they provided Finance and Operations interim leadership for organizations looking to drive positive change and improve performance in finance, business operations and HR. In 2018, they became CFO at The Arcview Group and they are currently CFO at Pegasus Solar.

Dean Kisieu has an MBA from The Wharton School, a BA in International Relations from Stanford University, and attended L'Institut D'etudes Politiques de Paris.
