Kai Stephan - We're Hiring

Kai Stephan has worked in the energy industry since 2009. In 2009, they began their career as a Project Manager at Southern California Edison, where they conducted evaluations of large-scale commercial solar rooftop projects, integrated 575 MW of new wind generation into SCE's operations, and developed energy market products for the CAISO and other FERC energy markets. In 2012, they became President of Pegasus Design. In 2013, they founded Pegasus Solar, where they have served as CEO and Founder. Pegasus Solar manufactures rooftop solar mounting systems and their products are carried by dozens of distributors and used by hundreds of solar contractors. In 2014, they became an Advisor for Connectifier, which was acquired by LinkedIn for nine figures in 2016. In 2020, they became an Advisor for Xponent Power.
