Lucien Richard

Lucien Richard, P.E. has extensive experience in engineering management and design, currently serving as the Manager of Engineering at PegasusTSI since February 2007, after the restructuring of the management roles. Prior to this, Lucien held the position of Manager of Operations, overseeing various engineering and project departments, and managed piping engineering and mechanical efforts earlier in their career. Lucien's previous experience includes roles as a Stress Analyst, Mechanical Engineer, and Field Engineer at Black & Veatch, where significant contributions were made to EPC projects for combined cycle and coal-fired units. Additional experience includes a role as a Maintenance/Process Engineer at Oxy. A graduate of McNeese State University with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Lucien has developed a strong skill set in project oversight and interdepartmental collaboration throughout their career.
