Charles de Cassan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solutions consulting and customer success across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Principal Solutions Consultant at Pegasystems since January 2020, Charles has previously held roles such as Senior Solutions Consultant at the same company and Presales Consultant at Talentsoft, where responsibilities included managing RFP responses, conducting Proof of Concepts, and enhancing internal processes.
