Chris Williams-McCaffrey

Chris Williams-McCaffrey serves as the Sr Director of Customer Service and CRM for Financial Services at Pegasystems since November 2018. Prior to this role, Chris held the position of SVP and Tech Project Solutions Manager at Bank of America, where focus was on enhancing efficiency and innovation within Global Technology and Operations. Additional experience includes progressive leadership roles at Hinge Networks, Inc. as VP of Product, ECS Consulting as an Independent Software Consultant, QAS (an Experian company) as VP of Client and Technical Services, ManagedOps, Inc. as Practice Manager, and ManagedOps.com as CRM Solutions Manager. Early career stages include roles at Ernst & Young as a Senior Consultant and co-founding the Environmental Marketing Group. Chris holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College and a BA in Geology and US Social History from Hamilton College.
