Christena Argo Reinhard

Christena Argo Reinhard, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Christena is currently working at Pegasystems as the Principal Account Executive for Google. Prior to this role, they served as the Industry Principal - Global Retail & Hospitality and the Retail Industry Ambassador - North America for Pegasystems.

Before joining Pegasystems, Christena worked as the Founding Executive Director of Union & Fifth, an online fundraising platform that resells donated designer clothes to raise money for charity. Under their leadership, Union & Fifth grew from a single closet cleanout to a multi-million-dollar non-profit benefiting hundreds of charities nationwide. Christena established a strong team, set up a fulfillment center, managed daily operations, and launched two successful websites. Christena also played a key role in securing collaborations with well-known philanthropists and celebrities to drive fundraising efforts.

Prior to their work at Union & Fifth, Christena worked as the Associate Director of Development, Individual Giving at Saint Mary's College of California. Christena also served as the Major Gifts Officer/Associate Director of Development at Year Up, where they worked with community colleges and corporations to create internship and employment opportunities for students. Christena successfully managed major gift portfolios, implemented effective cultivation and ask strategies, and developed new corporate partnerships.

Throughout their career, Christena has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for charity and fundraising. Christena has successfully managed teams, built relationships with key stakeholders, and implemented innovative strategies to drive growth and impact.

Christena Argo Reinhard completed their education starting from 1989 until 1992 at Miramonte, although the degree name and field of study are unknown. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities at Cambridge College from 2003 to 2006. Finally, from 2006 to 2008, Christena earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at the University of San Francisco School of Management.
