Christina Coyne

Christina Coyne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and operational excellence. As the Digital Transformation Director at Pegasystems since March 2021, Christina leads a consulting team to design software solutions that enhance client operations and facilitate Pega product sales. Previously, as the Director of Global Continuous Improvement and Innovation at NSF International from January 2007 to November 2020, Christina managed P&L, projects, and a team focused on cost savings, product development, and cultural change. Christina was instrumental in establishing NSF's Continuous Improvement/LEAN and Innovation Programs. Earlier in the career, Christina served as Treatment/Custom Products Supervisor at QED Environmental Systems, overseeing daily operations and serving as a technical sales representative. Christina holds a B.S. in Technology Management from Eastern Michigan University and an A.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology from The University of Toledo.
